What we sell

Don't Pay That sells professionally drafted template letters as instant digital downloads. Each template is a document you complete and submit yourself. We do not submit appeals on your behalf, we do not represent you, and we do not provide legal advice.

Our prices

• Single template letters: from £12 to £25 depending on the letter. Most single templates are £15. The exact price is shown on each template's page before you buy.
• Letter packs and bundles: from £29 to £79, as shown on the templates page.
• Court stage documents: priced individually, up to £49 for a County Court defence template.

Every price is shown in full before checkout. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees. Prices do not include VAT because Don't Pay That is not VAT registered.

What the price includes

• The template letter as a formatted Word document, downloadable immediately after payment
• Guidance notes within the document showing which sections to keep, delete, and complete
• References to the legislation, Codes of Practice, and case law the letter relies on

Cancellation and refunds

Template letters are digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase, but that right ends once the download begins with your agreement. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost when the download starts.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a template is faulty, not as described, or you were supplied the wrong document, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any appeal. No honest provider can. Whether a challenge succeeds depends on the facts of your case and the adjudicator who decides it.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Don't Pay That does not see or store your card details. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

Who you are buying from

Don't Pay That is the trading name of Maxine Brown, a sole trader based in England.
