Our pricing tiers

ParkingJustice offers two service tiers:

• DIY Letter (Free): You receive a tailored appeal letter that you download and submit yourself. There is no charge for this service and no money-back guarantee applies.
• Appeal Pro (£29 one-time): We submit your appeal directly to the parking operator, track the outcome, and escalate to an independent adjudicator if necessary. This tier carries our 100% money-back guarantee.

What is included in the £29 fee

The Appeal Pro fee of £29 (inclusive of VAT) covers:

• Review of your Parking Charge Notice against POFA 2012, BPA and IPC Codes of Practice
• Generation of a personalised, legally-grounded appeal letter
• Direct submission of the appeal to the parking operator
• Case tracking and outcome notification
• Escalation support to POPLA or IAS if the initial appeal is rejected
• 100% money-back guarantee (see below)

Money-back guarantee terms

If your Appeal Pro appeal is unsuccessful at every stage — including any independent adjudicator review — we will refund your £29 fee in full. The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 working days of the final outcome being confirmed.

The guarantee does not apply if:

• You provided materially inaccurate or fraudulent information about the ticket or circumstances.
• You take any action that prejudices the appeal (e.g. making a partial payment, contacting the operator directly in a way that undermines the appeal).
• The charge is a council-issued Penalty Charge Notice rather than a private Parking Charge Notice.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. ParkingJustice does not store card details. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
