Email marketing

We send marketing emails only to people who have given explicit consent by ticking the relevant checkbox on our website. This consent is recorded with a timestamp. Our marketing emails cover parking charge news, tips, and service updates.

You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at privacy@parkingjustice.co.uk. Withdrawal of consent does not affect service emails — we will still send you emails necessary to deliver the service you have purchased (order confirmation, template download, assessment results).

We use Mailchimp to manage our email list. Mailchimp acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Your email address is stored on Mailchimp's servers, which are subject to appropriate safeguards under UK GDPR. You can view Mailchimp's privacy policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, but only if you have given consent via the cookie banner. You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Appeal records are retained for 6 years following the conclusion of your case (in line with the Limitation Act 1980). You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
