Download the Template
Templates come as editable Word or PDF files. Fields are clearly marked. You fill in your details, the charge reference, the date, and the specific facts. The legal arguments are already drafted. Each template includes a checklist of supporting evidence to attach.
Send It
Send by post (recorded delivery) or via the operator's online appeal portal, depending on the stage you're at. The template tells you which. If your initial challenge is rejected, the template pack includes the escalation letter for POPLA, the IAS, or the relevant tribunal.
