Two letters for when the Student Loans Company has said no and you do not accept it. Letter A asks for your complaint to go to an Independent Assessor. Letter B asks your MP to refer it to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, which is the only route by which a complaint of this kind reaches the Ombudsman. The order matters and the pack spells it out, because skipping a stage usually means being sent back to complete it.
